Turkeys
- Free range turkeys sizes range from = 3kg – 10kg
- Free range turkey buffee on the bone = 3 – 3½kg and 5kg – 6kg
- Free range turkey breast rolls plain, rolled with fruit (Apricots, prunes & Apples) or traditional bread seasoning = 2kg – 4kg
- Free range cooked oven roasted turkey buffee on the bone
- Free range cooked turkey breast fillets
Our traditional Turkey seasoning is made up of fresh bread, herbs, onion, parsley, pork & veal mince.

- Turkey & cranberry pies
- Fruit minced pies
- Homemade Apricot honey ham glaze
- Soak a Ham Bag, pillowcase in 4 cups of water and ½ tablespoon of vinegar.
- Wring out excess water and place ham in the Ham Bag. Store in coolest part of fridge.
- Re-soak bag in solution every few days or when Ham Bag dries out.
Glazing Your Ham
- ¾ cup orange juice
- ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- ¼ cup whisky
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons seeded mustard
- Preheat oven @ 220 degree
- Pat the surface of the rind dry with paper towel
- Rub a little oil & salt well into the scored rind
- Cook for 20 minutes @ 220˚ degree then turn down oven to 180˚ & cook for 40-45 minutes per kg
- Rest for 5-10 minutes and enjoy
